Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions to present its solutions at Smopyc 2017
Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions will be showcasing their automatic lubrication solutions at the Smopyc Trade Fair from 25 - 29 April, stand C/14 in hall 8.
Perfect lubrication for every machine
Groeneveld is witnessing increasing global demand for their automatic lubrication systems in the fields of construction, earth moving, road building, and in the mining and quarry industries. Lower repair and maintenance costs and increased uptime and availability of machines are just a couple of the many benefits that explain the rapid growth in demand for Groeneveld automatic lubrication systems. Thanks to their wide range of lubrication systems - from the EcoPlus with a unique cartridge for smaller applications up to the Twin heavy duty system - Groeneveld can offer the perfect solution for each and every machine. Groeneveld is supplying its systems not only for ex-factory installs by leading OEM’s like Volvo, JCB and Liebherr, but also to end-users.
EcoPlus for compact equipment
The EcoPlus is the perfect NLGI-2 autolube system for smaller equipment like midi excavators and compact wheel loaders. Combining a compact design with a unique 1,7 litre grease cartridge for easy refill. Other product features include accurate, viscosity-independent grease supply over a wide temperature range, easy programming with touch pads and LCD display and 3 years warranty as it comes with Groeneveld quality as a standard too.
Groeneveld Twin system
At the stand, a prominent place will be reserved for the unique Twin dual-line lubrication system, which particularly offers significant benefits for the automatic lubrication of larger earth-moving and construction equipment that is often operated under demanding conditions. The system works under relatively low pressure, which retains the structure – and therefore the quality – of the lubricant. Furthermore, the dual-line system with its patented metering units ensures that all lubrication points are always optimally lubricated. For medium-sized machines, a Twin system with a pump capacity of between 3 and 8 litres will do the trick. For larger machines, Groeneveld also offers an XL model with a capacity of 18 litres of class 2 lubricant. And for the very large machines, a barrel pump is available for 200 litre drums.
Oilmaster keeps growing in popularity
The Groeneveld Oilmaster, which was originally developed for road transport and public transport, is increasingly being implemented in earth moving equipment. With this more intensive use in mind, Groeneveld specifically developed a Heavy Duty Oilmaster with a 15-litre aluminium reservoir. Groeneveld's advanced oil management system ensures that the engine oil remains at precisely the right level at all times. In other words, the oil level will not be too low, as this may result in costly engine damage. But also not too high, which can result in excessive oil consumption, oil leaks through seals and gaskets and even damage to exhaust after-treatment systems. In addition, the Oilmaster reduces the likelihood of low quality oil or oil with incorrect specifications being added. With the Groeneveld Oilmaster, oil level checks and refills are now a thing of the past.
