Groeneveld to presents its entire product range at T.H.E. Expo 2017
At T.H.E Expo, March 2-4, in New Zealand, Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions will showcase their entire product range for the transport and construction applications at booth 26. A prominent place will be reserved for the unique Twin dual-line lubrication system, which particularly offers significant benefits for the automatic lubrication of larger earth-moving, construction and transport equipment that is often operated under demanding conditions. In addition, Groeneveld will be launching the new EcoPlus with its cartridge concept.
The perfect lubrication for every application
Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions is a major global supplier of automatic lubrication for both the aftermarket and for ex-factory assembly at leading edge OEMs. Ongoing commitment with providing unique products and excellent service for many decades reflects in a continuous growth in demand for Groeneveld autolube systems.
The Groeneveld booth will promote its range of autolube systems - from the NLGI-0 grease SingleLine system for trucks and trailers, up to the unique Twin dual-line NLGI-2 lubrication system for larger machines and vehicles - all designed to reduce repair and maintenance costs and lower the grease consumption through optimum dosing.
Heading towards the next level
“We want to grow and further strengthen our New Zealand sales and service teams. Currently we have 5 sites across both islands and are actively planning to increase our resources even more as we are committed in a long term manner to service the entire New Zealand market.” David Armstrong, Business Development Director Asia Pacific, states. “We are proud to be in New Zealand for 22 years already and strongly believe in its future and are continually finding ways to become more localized with a strong emphasis of a support network which will allow us to become even more dynamic and customer orientated. As we like to say in New Zealand, we are here to serve customers by creating and delivering innovative solutions, adding value to their bottom lines and to forge long term, sustainable and strong partnerships.”
At T.H.E. Expo Groeneveld will launch the new EcoPlus. With the EcoPlus, Groeneveld offers an attractively priced compact automatic lubrication system for numerous applications, such as small wheel loaders, mini-excavators and skid steer loaders. But also for loader cranes or taillifts. The unique cartridge concept makes replacing the cartridge easy and ensures that the correct quality of grease is always used.
The EcoPlus automatic lubrication system
Twin heavy duty lubrication system
The range of Groeneveld lubrication systems is extensive, and the Twin is the leading edge solution. The Twin system offers a superior solution for larger machines and trucks that often operate under extreme conditions. The system works under relatively low pressure, which retains the structure – and therefore the quality – of the grease. Furthermore, the dual-line system with its patented metering units ensures that all lubrication points are always optimally lubricated. This is realised due to precise metering and lubrication intervals and can even be done with low ambient temperatures and with large distances between the pump and lubrication point. This makes the system highly suitable for larger machines such as wheel loaders, dump trucks and excavators. For medium-sized machines, a Twin system with a pump capacity of between 3 and 8 litres will do the trick, but for larger machines, Groeneveld also offers an XL model with a capacity of 18 litres. And for the largest machines, a barrel pump is available for up to 200 litre drums.
Reduce risks and enhance safety with Greensight
Another Groeneveld product increasingly being used in the field of earthmoving, construction and transport is Greensight, a safety support system that hugely boosts safety around the machine or vehicle. Greensight gives the driver or operator accurate and reliable information regarding the free space around the truck or machine. Ultrasound sensors scan an area of up to nine meters behind the machine or vehicle. This space is divided into three zones, each with an individual visual and acoustic alarm. A display is installed in the cabin that emits both auditory and light (LED) signals to warn the driver or operator. The system can also be extended with one or more Groeneveld CMOS cameras with a monitor in the cabin.
Oilmaster keeps growing in popularity
For many years, Groeneveld has been supplying the standard Oilmaster for combustion engines in buses, trucks, generator sets, and many other applications. Specifically, for earthmoving and construction equipment and for larger engines, Groeneveld developed the Heavy Duty Oilmaster, with a sturdy 15-liter aluminum reservoir. The Oilmaster ensures that there will always be sufficient oil in the engine. The greatest benefit of this is the increased operational reliability by reducing the risk of engine damage caused by a too low or too high oil level. In addition, the system prevents overfilling, which could lead to damaging the expensive exhaust gas after treatment system.
